1. Services

Bespoke Firearm provides firearms safety training, concealed carry permit courses, advanced firearm courses, and related educational services.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally allowed to possess and handle firearms in your jurisdiction.
• You will follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearms during      and after training.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is required to secure your class booking.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class receive a refund or reschedule at our discretion.
• No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the class forfeit payment.

4. Safety Requirements

• You must comply with all safety instructions provided by instructors during      training.
• Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from class without a refund.
• You agree to assume full responsibility for your actions during and after training.

5. Waiver of Liability

You understand that firearms training involves inherent risks. By participating, you agree to release Bespoke Firearm, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property
